Scope of Services
Project Management Services including advice to client in the procurement of Architect, Quantity Surveying and Electrical & Mechanical Engineering services and oversee the process of tendering and chair project progress meetings with the Client and consultants and contractors.
Project Descriptions
The project consisted of the construction of indoor swimming pool, canteen, multi-purpose rooms, classrooms, dormitory and warden's quarter, chapel, lecture theatre and roof gardens as an extension to a Millennium Secondary School building.
